Consolync Launch

The idea came from their own working lives. Steve produces and manages independent artists in the UK and Canada through his label Crew Entertainment. Andrew is his label partner and one of those artists: a recording artist from Canada, now based in the UK, who has toured Europe opening for Bars and Melody, a 40 show tour across 18 countries and headlined his own European tour. Between them, they were juggling a link-in-bio tool, a website updates, a fan list, an ads agency, analytics and a tour planner, each with its own login and its own bill.
So they built one place for all of it. Consolync brings an artist's website, smart links, fan sign-ups, email and text messaging, Facebook and Instagram ads, analytics, release planning and tour planning together in one subscription, all working from one artist profile. Labels and managers can look after a whole roster from a single login.
"Every week I'd lose hours to admin that should have gone into the music and the people," says Steve. "We built Consolync because we needed it ourselves, and every feature comes from a real problem we had with a real artist."
Consolync went live on 23 September 2026 and is now open to artists, bands, labels and management teams. It's built in the UK by Crew Entertainment Ltd in Leicester, and Steve and Andrew are now building AI tools into the platform.
